AI services · What you can hire

Five products, each one bought on its own. Every one of them solves a different situation and you never have to go through one to reach another. There is a use-case guide at the bottom of this page if you are not sure which one is yours.

AI Strategy Session

USD 50090 minutes, paid in full up front

Ninety minutes on your specific situation. You leave knowing what I'd do with your operation, in what order and why — and you get it in writing.

What it includes
  • Ninety minutes live, on your business
  • A written assessment of your operation
  • A prioritized roadmap: what I'd do, in what order, and why
  • An estimate of what it would cost to run monthly
  • Paid in full up front
  • The price is the filter: all ninety minutes are work, start to finish.
  • The USD 500 is credited in full toward whatever you hire next, within the following 30 days.

Money-back guarantee: If by the end of the session you feel I told you nothing you didn't already know, I refund 100%.

What it doesn't include
  • I don't build or configure anything during the session.
When this one applies

You don't yet know whether your problem is an AI problem, or which one it is.

Next: Here we decide which of the three: Documented architecture, up and running; Custom build; or —if you already run AI with more than 20 people using it— the existing-operation track.

Documented architecture, up and running

USD 1,900timeline is estimated on the first call · typically 2 to 4 weeks · non-refundable

I leave the ecosystem set up and documented, with the manuals your people need to run it.

What it includes
  • Assessment and architecture in writing, in a document that stays with you
  • Basic setup: the minimum you need to operate, already in place
  • Manuals and how-tos so your team can run it, not just you
  • The weeks start counting when you hand over access and examples, not at the kickoff call. If they take longer to arrive, we reschedule at no cost.
What it doesn't include
  • No build, no testing, no training. That's the Single-process build or the Custom build.
  • This one and the Custom build are alternatives. You pick one of the two, never both.
  • Maintenance is not included. That's Maintenance + user guides.
When this one applies

You want the ecosystem set up and documented, and your people running it on their own with the guides.

Next: Maintenance + user guides, if you want me to keep it running.

Single-process build

USD 3,750one process · fixed scope · timeline is estimated on the first call

One process of your operation, live on your real data, with the people who run it trained.

What it includes
  • Everything in Documented architecture, applied to that one process: the plan, the setup and the manuals
  • Build, execution and testing against your real data
  • Training for the people who will run it
  • 30 days of support after delivery
  • The weeks start counting when you hand over access and examples, not at the kickoff call. If they take longer to arrive, we reschedule at no cost.

Money-back guarantee: We work until the system runs on your real data, or I refund the setup.

What it doesn't include
  • It's one process, not your whole operation. The intake chat, or the files, or the campaigns: one.
  • If extra scope shows up mid-project, we stop and I show you the new estimate: we absorb it, we trim the scope, or we sign an addendum. No surprises on the final invoice.
  • Maintenance is not included. That's Maintenance + user guides.
When this one applies

You want one specific process fixed and running, and the rest of the operation left alone for now.

Next: Full build if more than one process needs it, or Maintenance + user guides

Custom build

USD 4,500several processes · scope and timeline are closed on the first session

Several connected processes, live on your real data, with your team trained to run them.

What it includes
  • Includes everything in Documented architecture, up and running: the documentation, the architecture and the manuals
  • Build, execution and testing against your real data
  • Training for your team so they run it without me
  • 30 days of support after delivery
  • The weeks start counting when you hand over access and examples, not at the kickoff call. If they take longer to arrive, we reschedule at no cost.

Money-back guarantee: We work until the system runs on your real data, or I refund the setup.

What it doesn't include
  • If it's a single process, yours is the Single-process build and it costs less.
  • If extra scope shows up mid-project, we stop and I show you the new estimate: we absorb it, we trim the scope, or we sign an addendum. No surprises on the final invoice.
  • Maintenance is not included. That's Maintenance + user guides.
When this one applies

It's several processes and you want them built, tested and your people trained. How many fit is defined in the session.

Next: Build at scale, or Maintenance + user guides

Build at scale

From USD 25,000two tiers by scope · quoted per project, not per hour

Design and supervised build, when what you need is a system and not a piece of one.

What it includes
  • Small build, USD 25,000 to 45,000. Four to six weeks of work.
  • Mid to large build, USD 50,000 to 180,000. Six to sixteen weeks of work.
  • Design, supervised build and hand-off to your team
What it doesn't include
  • Not an open-ended engagement. The scope is written and locked before anything starts.
  • Maintenance is not included. That's Maintenance + user guides.
When this one applies

The Custom build won't cover it and what you need is the whole system built.

Next: Maintenance + user guides

Maintenance + user guides

USD 500 / month3-month minimum

The system keeps running without me on top of it, and your team knows how to use it.

What it includes
  • General maintenance of the delivered system
  • User guides for your team
  • Three-month minimum
What it doesn't include
  • Not new build work. Anything added is quoted as new scope.
When this one applies

You already have the system running and you need it to keep running.

AI services · If you already run AI

A track of its own, for the business that already has AI running with more than 20 people operating it. The Audit is the diagnostic of this track. The retainer is how the implementation gets carried here: monthly, capped by hours.

AI Implementation Audit

From USD 4,500written report and fix-list

The diagnostic of this track: a fixed-scope review of how AI runs inside your business. If your team runs agents, I'll tell you where they leak.

What it includes
  • I read your setup the way I read my own
  • Where it drifts, where context leaks, where a person quietly became the bottleneck
  • A written report
  • A prioritized fix-list an engineer can act on Monday
What it doesn't include
  • I don't build the fix. This is the review, not the work.
  • No implementation and no ongoing support.
When this one applies

You already run AI or already run agents and something doesn't add up. If you have nothing running yet, yours is Documented architecture, up and running, not this. This track applies when something is already built and more than 20 people will be operating it: fixing what exists costs more than building what doesn't.

Next: The Retainer — Fractional AI Architect, which is how the implementation gets carried in this track.

Retainer — Fractional AI Architect

USD 4,500 to 7,500 / month10 to 15 hours a month · the term follows the project

Ongoing advisory and design, month to month. In this track it is also how the implementation gets carried: direction and strategic support, capped by hours each month.

What it includes
  • Advisory and architecture, month to month
  • Direction and strategic support for the implementation, inside the hours of the month
  • 10 to 15 hours a month
  • The term follows the project: shorter or longer, depending on what it needs
  • Someone on top of the system every day
What it doesn't include
  • No build work. This is direction for the implementation; the building itself is executed by your team or whoever you choose.
  • Hours past the monthly band bill at USD 250 to 350 an hour.
  • Not a part-time hire. These are architecture hours, not hours spent running your day-to-day.
When this one applies

A team that's already serious, with more than 20 people using the system, that needs someone on top of it for as long as the project runs.

My time

The unit behind everything above. It is never the way in.

Advisory hour

USD 250 to 350 / hrone-hour minimum blocks, paid in advance

The unit behind everything above.

What it includes
  • Minimum blocks of one hour
  • Billed in advance per session
What it doesn't include
  • It isn't sold on its own as a way in.
  • It doesn't replace a fixed-scope product.
When this one applies

Never the way in. It's the yardstick that tells me whether a fixed price holds.

Buying property in Mexico

That is not sold here. Buyer representation, purchase review and the exploration call are FEUDO Group, and the full breakdown lives on its pricing page.

See FEUDO Group pricing

Payments above USD 2,000 are split 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery.

Prices are in US dollars. Peso prices, where they apply, are calculated at 18 pesos to the dollar and rounded up.

All prices are plus Mexican VAT if you need an invoice. Tax details are only requested in that case.

Prices current as of July 29, 2026. If something isn't here, just ask me.

Use-case guide

Each AI service above is bought on its own and answers a different situation. Find the one that sounds like yours and it tells you what to ask for. The real-estate line is decided by the three questions in its own section.

I already have an internal team and they already use technology, but they're short on tools or short on capacity for what I want to do.

What to ask for Documented architecture, up and running

When it isn't this one: If your team hasn't touched the technology yet and has to be trained from zero, yours is the Custom build.

I have a team, but they have neither the technology nor the know-how. I need the whole operation running and my people trained.

What to ask for Custom build

When it isn't this one: If your people already know how to run it and only need the map and the manuals, Documented architecture, up and running costs you less.

I'm still exploring. I don't know yet whether what's hurting me is even an AI problem.

What to ask for AI Strategy Session

When it isn't this one: If you already know what you want built and all that's left is executing it, skip this one and go straight to the Custom build.

We already run AI and more than 20 people use it every day.

What to ask for AI Implementation Audit, and then the Retainer — Fractional AI Architect

When it isn't this one: If only two or three people are about to start using the system, this isn't your track yet. Start at Documented architecture, up and running.

The system is already running. What I want is someone keeping it alive and my team using it without asking me.

What to ask for Maintenance + user guides

When it isn't this one: If what you want to add is new functionality, that gets quoted separately as new scope.

What I need spans several connected areas and will take months of work, not a few weeks.

What to ask for Build at scale

When it isn't this one: If the scope fits in a few weeks over a single process, the Custom build serves you better.

Don't know where to start?

Send me a message and we take 10 minutes. I point you to which of the rows above your case falls under, and how to book. Reading your operation is what the ninety-minute session is for.
